Shapes

Ok, so here we go:
started it with watercolor and prismacolor pencil on Rives bfk paper (toned)
then mounted it on to masonite and covered it with a matte gel medium and did oil rubs on top of the dried gel medium.

Turned out great man. Was it hard keeping the oil rubs contained in the individual shapes like that?

Nice job man this is one of my favorite peices you have done. When you mount the paper to the box frame what do you use to glue it down with?

Hope all is well man.

i think the girl is breathtaking. i think the shapes are a really cool variation on your style, but i feel that no matter what, the drawing of that girl would have been fuckin gorgeous.
